1. The service
NichePilot is a web application (at app.nichepilot.net) that helps you run niche websites. It plans topic clusters, researches articles with live web search, writes drafts using AI keys that you provide, scores drafts with a quality judge, publishes to WordPress and Ghost, maintains internal links, refreshes older posts, updates WordPress plugins, and shows monitoring for your sites. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and free trial
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- New sign-ups may need admin approval before they can be used.
- The free trial covers 1 site for 14 days and needs no payment. The trial account deactivates automatically after 14 days unless you choose a package.
- If you create staff or client accounts under your account, you are responsible for what they do with the permissions you give them.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are charged per site, per year, from ৳3,000 per site per year, sold in packages of 5 or 10 sites. The Starter package (5 sites) is ৳15,000 per year and the Pro package (10 sites) is ৳30,000 per year. For more than 10 sites, contact us for a custom price. Current prices are shown on the pricing page. USD amounts shown there are approximate.
- Setup is free.
- You can pay by bKash or bank transfer. We activate your plan manually, within 24 hours after we receive your payment and your transaction reference.
- All payments are non-refundable. This includes payments for a year that you do not fully use. Please use the free trial to decide before you pay.
- Costs of AI usage are separate and are not paid to us (see section 4).
4. Your API keys and AI costs
NichePilot does not sell AI usage. You provide your own API keys (for example OpenAI, Gemini or Groq). Those providers bill you directly, and you are responsible for those costs and for following each provider's own terms. We store your keys encrypted and use them only to run the features you set up for your sites. You can remove a key at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NichePilot to create or publish:
- content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- adult content;
- gambling or betting content;
- deceptive, harmful or abusive content.
You also agree not to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to connect sites that you do not own or have permission to manage. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
6. Content ownership
The content produced for your sites is yours. You are responsible for reviewing what is published, for checking facts, and for making sure it follows the law and the rules of your own sites and advertising programs. AI output can contain mistakes, and the quality judge reduces that risk but does not remove it.
7. Availability
We run the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The service depends on third parties such as AI providers, search services, WordPress and Ghost, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
8. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time. Your access then continues to the end of the paid year, and no refund is given for the unused period. Trial accounts end automatically after 14 days. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy).
9. Responsibility
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, NichePilot is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost traffic, lost revenue or search ranking changes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current year.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
